  • The LUXE & SOL Watertop Villa is the modern version of the Overwater Bungalow. The proprietary hydraulic spuds lift the villa out of the water while simultaneously securing the villa to the sea floor. 

  • Overwater Bungalows are primarily found in the Mediterranean ( Bora Bora, Maldives and Malta ). Overwater Bungalows are stick built and are not moveable while the LUXE & SOL Watertop Villas are solar powered, movable and use proprietary technology to lift the Villa out of and well above the water while securing it to the sea floor.

  • Yachts that are subject to tidal flows, wind, storms while docked in harbor which causes sway and rocking. LUXE & SOL's use of the proprietary hydraulic spuds lift the Villa out of and above the water simultaneously securing the Villa to the sea floor. Result - LUXE & SOL Watertop Villas there is no rocking or sway regardless of tidal flows, wind, wake or storms. 

  • LUXE & SOL uses the proprietary technology of ( 4 )  22ft long hydraulic spuds to lift the Villa out of the water while simultaneously securing the Villa to the sea floor.

  • YES. The Villa can be moved to a protective areas in the event of severe weather related events. 

  • YES. All LUXE & SOL Watertop Villa's are custom made. Most plans are one or two bedrooms. In addition there are several custom options for the solar powered roof top deck.

  • The LUXE & SOL Watertop Villas are all custom made in the USA. From the time the Villa is staged in manufacturing to delivery to your private dock or into your resort it's 9-12 months. We will do a two weeks of sea trials upon delivery.

  • YES. the only way to understand the uniqueness and beauty of the LUXE & SOL Watertop Villa is to visit us in Miami.
